Shipping Policy

All bag orders qualify for Free Shipping - USA Only.

All bag orders are shipped out within 24hrs and are usually delivered in 1-7 business days to any destination around the world. 

Due to the popularity and  high demand of W.S.E.L bags, we constantly sell out. 

If a bag is listed as sold out,  you can still place an order and it will gaurntee that your order is prepped and shipped the same day that we receive new shipments. 

Orders that are listed as sold out take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered to your doorstep.

International Customers - Please note that shipping quotes provided at checkout are live rates with no markup for handling but do not include foreign taxes or customs duties. Foreign Customers are responsible for any applicable duty and/or customs fees that their country may charge. These charges are not included in the shipping costs noted on this website and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund (minus any shipping costs), store credit, or exchange within 120 days of your order date.  We do not charge a restocking fee, but return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. 

All returned and exchanged items must be in brand-new “sellable” condition.  This means that returned items must be in perfect, un-used condition with original tags still attached and product still wrapped in plastic. When packing the return, the bag must not be crushed or folded into a smaller box, which will ruin the bag, resulting in a rejected return.
