After tons of online searches, talking to a lot of other new fathers, and realizing that there are thousands of diaper bags for mothers and very few products for fathers, he decided to do something about it. Leveraging his 12 years of supply chain experience at one of the largest retailers in the USA, 10 years of customer service experience in event planning, and 1.5 years of being a dad (plus feedback from tons of other great dads), he created Work Smart Enjoy Life Bags (WSELBags) to offer trendy, high quality, multifunctional diaper bags for dads(and moms).
