Orders over $99 (after discounts are applied) qualify for Free Shipping - USA Only.

Orders take between 2-4 weeks to be delivered.
We get it, our shipping times are not Amazon Prime. So why are parents who buy from us okay with waiting a little extra time for their bags to arrive?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our domestic and international warehouses and we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as we can.  Due to popularity of our products, please allow an estimated 2 - 4 weeks for your order to arrive.  Please note that the average time delivery time is 17 days (during non-holiday season).  Our customer service team is working with the manufacturing, fulfillment, and delivery teams to track and complete your order expeditiously.  Please do not contact us regarding shipping before the 17th day after you've placed your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

International Customers - Please note that shipping quotes provided at checkout are live rates with no markup for handling but do not include foreign taxes or customs duties. Foreign Customers are responsible for any applicable duty and/or customs fees that their country may charge. These charges are not included in the shipping costs noted on this website and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund (minus any shipping costs), store credit, or exchange within 120 days of your order date.  We do not charge a restocking fee, but return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. 

All returned and exchanged items must be in brand-new “sellable” condition.  This means that returned items must be in perfect, un-used condition with original tags still attached and product still wrapped in plastic. When packing the return, the bag must not be crushed or folded into a smaller box, which will ruin the bag, resulting in a rejected return.
